Full Arch Restoration
Only two damaged tooth stumps remained at the front, leaving this patient practically without a smile. A full-arch restoration replaced the missing teeth entirely, giving back a complete, natural-looking set of teeth.
A full set of teeth, fixed in place, in one plan.
Full mouth implants are the definitive answer for anyone who has lost most or all of their teeth. Using All-on-4 or All-on-6, a complete fixed arch is supported on just four or six implants per jaw — restoring the function and appearance of a natural jaw with far less surgery than replacing every tooth individually. Star Dental Clinics is one of the largest implant centres in Egypt and the Middle East.
Fixed teeth handle hard and crunchy food comfortably, with none of the movement of a removable denture.
Tooth loss lets the jawbone shrink and the area around the mouth collapse inward. Implants stimulate the bone and hold your natural facial structure.
They are brushed in place like natural teeth. Nothing comes out at night, nothing needs to be glued in.
Fixed teeth restore clear pronunciation that loose dentures interfere with.
3D imaging maps bone volume and density across the whole jaw to determine All-on-4 or All-on-6.
The position of every implant and the shape of the final arch are planned before surgery day.
The implants are placed in a single session. In many suitable cases a temporary fixed arch goes on immediately.
After integration, the permanent arch is fitted, adjusted to your bite, and matched to your facial proportions.

This patient had no teeth left in either jaw. A set number of implants was placed in each arch, and a full bridge of teeth was fixed on top of them — upper and lower rebuilt together, so the bite closes on a complete set again rather than on gums.

With no teeth to support them, the lips had collapsed inward and the smile had disappeared completely. A full-arch implant restoration gave back the height of the bite and the support behind the lips — the change is in the whole lower face, not only the teeth.

This patient had stopped opening their mouth in photographs. A full arch fixed on implants replaced everything that was missing in one planned restoration, and the result is a set of teeth that stays in place — no plate to take out at night.

Years of wear and decay had left teeth that could no longer be saved — short, dark, and failing across both jaws. What remained was removed and implants were placed to carry a full arch on each side, so the whole mouth was rebuilt in one plan instead of being patched tooth by tooth.
The choice depends on the volume and density of available bone in the jaw. We determine the number of implants that gives the highest possible stability for your specific case.
In many suitable cases, yes — temporary teeth can be fitted immediately so you carry on with daily life while the implants integrate.
